The end of the year places extra pressure on a system that may already be holding more than it can process.
For many people, November and December don’t create new stress - they simply make the existing load harder to ignore.

When you keep fighting for someone who treats you poorly,
it isn’t weakness.

hoping that this time, if you try hard enough,
