  • Choose a position that feels supportive. Sitting, lying down, or standing are all fine.
  • You are always in charge. If anything feels like too much, you can pause, open your eyes, or simply notice the room around you.
  • Breath is an invitation, not a technique. There is nothing to control or do correctly.
  • Some people feel a clear shift. Others notice only subtle changes, or none at first. All of this is normal. What matters is what you notice after, even later in the day.
