I didn't arrive here
in a straight line.
Before I became a therapist and coach, I spent twenty years inside the world many of my clients come from: corporate leadership, high-stakes decisions, and the particular exhaustion of performing well while carrying a lot. That path eventually led me somewhere I didn't expect. I've been working from that place ever since.

The body
remembers what
the mind has moved past.
"I am a facilitator, not a guru. You do the work. I hold the space for it."
My path here wasn't linear. I started in medical science, moved into investment banking, and spent twenty years in corporate leadership working with people under real pressure. What that taught me, more than any clinical training since, is that the body carries what the mind has already tried to leave behind.
I watched high-performing people hold enormous weight and call it normal. I did it too. The chronic tension, the decisions made from depletion, the quiet pattern of pushing through because stopping felt more dangerous than continuing. None of it was weakness. All of it made sense as a survival response. And none of it had to be permanent.
That recognition sent me back to study in earnest: Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, somatic practice. Each framework added depth to the last, and together they gave me something more complete than any single approach could: a way of understanding how we get stuck at the level where it actually happens, and what it takes to genuinely move.
What I've learned is that the patterns people struggle with most aren't flaws. They're protective responses that made sense at some earlier point in life and never got updated. I don't approach them as problems to fix. I approach them with curiosity, because when you understand what a pattern was for, you stop fighting it and start working with it. That's where real change becomes possible.
I work with people who are ready to stop managing from the surface and start making contact with what's actually running the show. Whether that looks like therapy, coaching, or something in between, the starting point is always the same: where you are, right now.
