This includes three 75-min coaching sessions over the span of your listening journey; time spent for monitoring and support (I will spend additional time between our coaching sessions monitoring your progress and in communication with you regarding your experience for safe and effective delivery); subscription access (you will receive 6 months access to all three pathways of the SSP).
